Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your parcel tracking information.
If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM inbox, following which you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days however there may be factors outside our control which result in your deliveries taking longer to be delivered. We will make all attempts to inform you of this, but you can also track your delivery (see 'track & trace' below).
If you need to make any changes to your order or delivery details, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please note that in some instances it may not be possible to change an order after it has been placed, as it may already have been processed by our warehouse.
We reserve the right to charge a delivery and, if applicable, collection fee. We will inform you of this charge before we charge you for it.

Please be aware that Goodleaf is not liable for any damages suffered or loss incurred by any acts or omissions of our couriers (to the extent permitted by law).
Our couriers may require that you or your authorised representative confirm your identity and sign a copy of the delivery note to confirm receipt. If somebody else receives your delivery purportedly on your behalf, it is presumed that they are authorised to do so. If nobody if available to accept the delivery, our couriers may return the order and may attempt to contact you to arrange for re-delivery. If your or your authorised representative is not available to receive the goods on re-delivery, the courier may return the order and reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
Please inspect your delivery before signing for it to ensure that you are satisfied that the goods are in good working order, free from defects. If you find any damage or defects, do not accept the delivery and please let us know the reason for your rejection of the delivery.
