Each month we invite Anel Van Der Merwe from Kind, But Good Food to create a plant-based recipe using CBD. On the menu this month?
A super easy CBD lemonade that’ll quench your thirst and leave you feeling refreshed during the warm summer days.
Ingredients:
- The peel of 2 lemons
- The juice of 3 lemons
- 1/2 cup vegan honey
- 1 cup water
- Add: Goodleaf Mango + Ginger Sparkling CBD Water to serve
Method:
Combine all the lemonade ingredients in a small pot. Place on the stove on medium heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. Strain the lemonade into a jar or jug with a tight sealing lid, allow to cool, and store in the fridge until ready to use. To serve, pour some lemonade into a glass filled with ice (however much suits your taste!), and top up with Goodleaf Mango + Ginger Sparkling CBD Water.
This recipe will make about 1.5 cups.
